engineering, education, spiritual exploration, or social service, Ichchharam has
left an indelible mark, forging deep and meaningful relationships along the way.
A distinguished engineer by profession, he holds an M.Tech in Computer Engineering
and boasts a stellar career spanning 15 years. His professional journey includes 10+
years in the IT industry, where he worked on critical projects as a senior engineer
in some of India’s most prestigious multinational corporations. However, despite his
success in the tech world, his true passion lay in teaching. In 2022, he made the
bold decision to leave his corporate career behind to fully dedicate himself to
education, a field in which he has been active for 17 years.
However, his success was not without its challenges. Born into a rural agricultural
family in Northern Maharashtra, Ichchharam faced adversity from an early age. Yet,
neither financial hardship nor the limitations of his circumstances could deter him
from pursuing a quality education. Almost entirely self-funded through scholarships
and income from teaching, he pressed forward with unshakable determination, guided
by his personal mantra: "Give everything your 100%, or don’t do it at all."
His academic journey is a testament to this philosophy. Though he initially faltered
in his first attempt at the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE), he not
only conquered it but went on to qualify four times in succession, alongside
clearing the prestigious NET-SET examination. His insatiable thirst for knowledge
extends beyond technical fields—Ichchharam possesses a deep-seated curiosity that
drives him to explore the metaphysical sciences. His work in astrology, numerology,
and gemology is not merely an intellectual pursuit but a mission to offer holistic
solutions to those seeking guidance. Unlike many practitioners who specialize in
only one of these disciplines, he believes in their synergy, integrating them into
his consultations to provide the most effective outcomes. His unique approach,
including spiritual healing through gemstones, has earned him a stellar reputation
for accuracy and effectiveness. Yet, despite the demand for his guidance, he does
not practice full-time, as his primary passion lies in mentoring students and
shaping their careers.

the betterment of underprivileged communities. Sindhu Trust is a multi-purpose
organization that operates an old age home, a women’s self-help group, and various
initiatives aimed at addressing the struggles of rural and marginalized populations.
Ichchharam serves as an advisor to the trust, ensuring that its initiatives remain
impactful and far-reaching.
Beyond his professional and social contributions, Ichchharam is a passionate reader
with a profound love for Marathi literature. The works of Bhalchandra Nemade, the
Jnanpith award-winning writer, have played a pivotal role in shaping his
socio-political understanding of Maharashtra. Similarly, the Abhangas of Saint
Tukaram Maharaj have been instrumental in nurturing his spiritual outlook. His
admiration for Maharashtra’s great social reformers has led him to pursue a formal
education in law, and he is currently working toward an LLB degree to deepen his
understanding of the Indian Constitution and its role in societal transformation.
